The warranty includes product repair service or free accessories replacement in the event of a manufacturing defect.
The customer can return or exchange the product within 14 days only from the date of receipt if the product is not used and the product is in the same condition upon delivery.
Shipping, return and exchange fees are deducted.
In the event that there is a free shipping and installation offer from the company at the time of delivery, the estimated shipping value will be deducted by the company in the normal time without offers.
The warranty is Canceled in the event of installation, maintenance or modification of the product by the customer, even if it is moved from one place to another, or the product has been subjected to misuse, sabotage, fractures or unsuitable environmental conditions (heat – humidity – water).
The return or maintenance process takes 3-5 working days from the date of the complaint
Warranty and Maintenance
The warranty period is set for ten years from the date of delivery of the product.
All parts of the product are subject to the company’s warranty during the warranty period, except for damages resulting from misused of the product of use and infringing use.
If the product is maintained by people other than the company’s authorized service, the product will not be covered by the warranty
If the product is damaged during the warranty period due to manufacturing or assembly errors, a maintenance appointment is scheduled (within 5-7 working days) and the maintenance process will be carried out at no cost.
In the event that the warranty period for the product has expired, You can contact our customer service center to set an appointment for maintenance. A date will be set for maintenance (within 5-7 working days) and the cost will be determined based on the maintenance required for the product.
